Ellie Holbrook, MA, LCPC, LPCC, CPC RYT500/E-RYT200 is a teacher and on-going student of yoga, Ellie approaches yoga as an extensive study of the self, incorporating the exploration of various styles of yoga and asana, meditation, energy systems, human anatomy and physiology, ancient texts, and a vast array of philosophical and spiritual beliefs.
Rachel Mormon has over 1250 hours of training to share and sees yoga as a way to train the mind and body for proper breath, concentration, awareness and alignment to keep in touch with our truth and know exactly where we are (mentally, physically and emotionally), in each moment.

Chris Taylor has a diverse background that led him to alignment based yoga and other similar studies of body mechanics & corrective exercise, always emphasizing proper form and technique with any physical activity. He is passionate about sharing information with people that can help them to grow and evolve in life.
