The Domes™ Retreat

This retreat is designed to walk people through a daily recipe of mindfulness and self care. With a strong focus on self-inflection, self-love, and self-discipline, many exercises and activities in addition to daily meditation and mindfulness practices are designed to assist guests in relaxing into a calm and balanced state of emotional well being.
Daily Talks on Health and Wellness will feed your mind. Plus Hiking, yoga, and daily excursions to explore different nearby attractions such as Lake Tahoe or visiting hot springs. Guests will also be led through a 20 minute routine of light exercise and breath work.
Dive deeper into the traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga with Carol Curry. (picture) Each morning will start with a short meditation and an opportunity to connect with breath and body followed by asana and pranayama practice. Because of the small group sizes we are able to maintain a somewhat customizable format and have the food prepared fresh by the instructor. We welcome guests whom adhere to any diet practices.
What we encourage at the Domes, is a “mostly plant based” diet. Fresh, Cooked, and fermented Vegetables are the base, good healthy fats are next, and we build up from there! There are frequent meals, and an abundance of healthy snacks available.
